• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural / Construction or equivalent.
• Possess construction experience, able to produce engineering specifications and conduct technical (IPMS) clarification meeting in fast track environment.
• Able to travel, work independently and under pressure.

E006: IT EXECUTIVE
• Minimum 3-5 year(s) of working experience in similar capacity.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology/ Programming or equivalent.
• Possess software development tools & experience, Hardware & Software Maintenance, Networking (routing, firewall, load balancing) and database (dBASE, SQL, data mining, Access etc)
• Able to travel, work independently and under pressure.
• Able to start immediately.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT TEAM

DOCUMENT CONTROL OFFICER
• Manage various aspects of document control, including document archiving and document imaging for all document type such as engineering drawings, inspection instructions, confidential agreements, material specifications and others.
• Must possess a related degree with minimum 3 years’ experience in Document Control and understanding on ISO Document Management System would be an added advantage.

SENIOR TECHNICAL ASSISTANT
• Assist Head of Departmental to provide technical support.
• Must possess a Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 3 years of related working experience.

JUNIOR SITE ENGINEER
• Assist Construction Manager and Deputy Construction Manager in resolution to technical, construction, quality, safety, environmental and contractual issues.
• Assist in complying to Project’s Specifications and ensuring Quality System Implementation and Quality Systems Compliance.
• Must possess a Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 3 years of related working experience.

JUNIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR
• Measurement of work done and material on site for the Interim Payment Certificate (IPC).
• Assume any responsibilities assigned by the Quantity Surveyor from time to time.
• Must possess a Degree in Quality Surveying with minimum 3 years of related working experience.

ACCOUNT CLERK
• Process payment & billing, prepare cheque, and issue receipts and updating Accounts Receivable upon receiving payment.
• Assume any responsibilities assigned by the Head of Accounts from time to time.
• Must possess a Diploma in Accounting and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
