CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS: CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS EXECUTIVE (E019)

  • Minimum 3 year(s) working experience in a similar capacity.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Communications, Corporate Communication, Advertising, Business, Journalism, Graphic Design or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media.
  • Strong writing, editing and oral communication skills.
  • Able to use graphic tool / designing software is an added advantage.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT: PROJECT SYSTEMS & CONTROLS ENGINEER (E009)

  • Minimum 3-5 year(s) of working experience in similar capacity
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Civil / Structural / Construction or equivalent
  • Possess site & contract experience, able to produce engineering specifications and conduct technical clarification meeting in fast track environment
  • Able to travel, work independently and under pressure
  • Familiar with HIM, PCS and GIS added advantages
  • Able to start immediately

CORPORATE SERVICES: ACCOUNTANT (M029)

  • Minimum 8 years in the capacity as an Accountant
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
  • Experience in the construction industry is an added advantage
  • Meticulous and able to work independently
  • ACCA certified & Member to M.I.A is an added advantage
  • Able to start immediately

CORPORATE SERVICES: HR EXECUTIVE (Employee Relations) (E003)

  • Minimum 3-year(s) generalist HR experience.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Experience in the construction industry and/or Overall Payroll process is an added advantage.
  • Has sound knowledge in SLO.
  • Has good control of language and is articulate in verbal and non-verbal communication.
  • Able to start immediately.

  • Minimum 3-year(s) generalist HR experience.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Is experienced, knowledgeable and skilled in the relevant Key Result Areas.
  • Has sound knowledge in Succession Planning, Retention Plan / Job Redesign and performance and development area.
  • Has good control of language and is articulate in verbal and non-verbal communication .
  • Able to start immediately.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT: EXECUTIVE ENGINEER (E009)

  • Minimum 3-5 year(s) of working experience in similar capacity.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Civil / Structural / Construction or equivalent.
  • Possess site & contract experience, able to produce engineering specifications and conduct technical clarification meeting in fast track environment.

PROJECT MANAGMENT: HIM CO-ORDINATOR (E024)

  • Minimum 10 years working experience in Construction industry, with 4 years of experience as A.R.E. or Site Manager.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering – Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Project Management.
    (P.Eng. is an added advantage)
  • Good communication skills, leadership and team player.
  • Willing to explore/operate new technological platform, particularly BIM (Building Information Modelling) especially Autodesk Civil 3D, Infraworks and Autodesk Naviswork Manage.
  • Experience in using Building Information Modelling (BIM) and involvement in Roadworks/Highway/Infrastructure project will be an added advantage.
  • Able to start immediately.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT – RED LINE: SITE ENGINEER (E009)

  • Minimum 5 – 8 year(s) of working experience in similar capacity.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Civil / Structural / Construction or equivalent.
  • Possess site & contract experience, able to produce engineering specifications and conduct technical clarification meeting in fast track environment.
  • Able to travel, work independently and under pressure.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT – RED LINE: QUANTITY SURVEYOR (E004)

  • Minimum 5 years in the capacity as a Quantity Surveyor.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
  • Meticulous and able to work independently.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT – RED LINE: ASSISTANT QC (G016)

  • Minimum 3 years in the capacity as a Quality Controls.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Civil/ Structural or equivalent.
  • Possess site and/or road construction is an added advantage.
  • Able to travel, work independently and under pressure.
