G003: ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR

  • Fresh Grads or minimum 2 years in the capacity as Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
  • Meticulous and able to work independently.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Able to start immediately.

HR EXECUTIVE (Organizational Development) (E003)

  • Minimum 3-year(s) HR experience with exposure in organizational performance management;
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in the fields of Human Resource, Analytical Science, Accounting or Engineering or equivalent – with an interest in people management.
  • Is tech-savvy and good with software such as Excel and Power Point;
  • Has good analytical skills, is independent, self-driven and is able to commit to tight deadlines;
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and is able to communicate well in English both written and verbal;
  • Is able to travel during weekdays or weekends when required;
  • Able to start immediately.

PROJECT ACCOUNTANT (M030)

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent and has attained Professional ACCA/CIMA certification. A member in MIA or CPA will be an added advantage;
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the relevant field, with 3 years of experience in leading a team.
  • Solid knowledge of MFRS and MPERS, advanced in Microsoft Excel.
  • A working knowledge of accounting systems and added advantage on SAP system.
  • In-dept knowledge of cost drivers and cost accounting methodology;
  • Preparation of annual budgets and monthly variance reports.
  • Understanding of Primevera V6 Planning and Scheduling will be an added advantage.
  • Pro-active with strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills that can translate complex key financial data into strategic data interpretation for the Management.
  • Matured self-starter with good interpersonal and leadership skills, well-organized and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Ability to set- priorities and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to start by 1 March 2019.

CLAIMS EXECUTIVE (E003)

  • Minimum 3 year(s) working experience in a similar capacity
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Law / Engineering / Quantity Surveying
  • Strong knowledge, understanding and to prepare Contractual Claims
  • Performing legal and contractual research and analysis
  • Able to use P6 is an added advantage

G004: CORPORATE SERVICE EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

  • Minimum 5 year(s) of working experience in the capacity as Secretary and/or Personal Assistant.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Secretarial or equivalent.
  • Experience in minutes taking, organizing, scheduling and maintaining records.
  • Experience in the construction industry is an added advantage.
